The Investment process –  is a sequence of steps, actions and operations to engage in investment activity.  The progress of the investment process depends on the subject of investing. The selection of the object of investments depends on the investment objectives set by the investor.  There are various objectives of investors  and formal objectives based on the policy of investors and formed taking into account the expected return (profit) and the risks. www.arxiv.uz

Participants of the investment process THE STATE. Bond market has basically speculative nature. The State participates in redistribution of the capital through their own credit institutions as seller and as buyer of the securities. Banks, insurance companies, investment and pension funds, realizing operations with securities, accumulate real capital, giving them to state, enterprises and population. Investment institute - a participant of bond market, implementing its activity as financial broker, investment consultant, investment company or investment fund. Investment companies form their own capital only by facilities of the founders and by emission of their own securities, realized by legal (juridical) persons, and has no right to attract money of the population. The Main stages of the investment process are: Making the decision to invest (i.e. come to a conclusion about investments) This stage includes 3 main parts: • Formation of investment objectives; • Identification of areas of investment; • Selection of specific investment targets Investment stage – using investment; in this stage executed direct investments, i.e. construction done, purchases of equipment, production are being prepared.
