The implementation of the investment process is associated with the search possible sources of financing investment, ways to mobilize them, to improve efficiency. All types of investment activity of business entities are carried out at the expense of investment resources generated by them. The features of investment resources of the enterprise are: 1 . Formation of investment resources is the main condition of implementation of investment activity 2. Formation of investment resources is associated with the process of initial accumulation of the capital 3. Base of formation of investment resources of the enterprise is reinvestment of own capital received in the form of depreciation charges, net profit, receipts from realization of capital assets, financial instruments, etc. 4. The features of investment resources are: 5. Financing of investments represents process of accumulation and effective spending money for acquisition of elements of the fixed and working capital, including new construction, expansion, reconstruction and technical updating of the operating enterprises, acquisition of machines and the equipment, creation of production stocks, etc. On financing investments the following main problems are solved: 2. It is possible to allocate three main economic subjects — the consumer of investment resources: — the state represented by state bodies; — enterprises and businessmen; — the population in the form of set of house farms. In annually adopted by the State Investment Program of the Republic of Uzbekistan sources of funding are divided into two groups - the centralized and non-centralized. 1. Funds of centralized investments include: • Budget funds; • Extra-budgetary funds; • Foreign investments and loans guaranteed by the Government. 2. The economic literature contains various estimates of the relationship between internal and external sources of financing investments in Western countries. Some economists believe that in developed countries, formatted two types of relationships between internal and external sources of investment financing of non-financial corporations. One of them characterized by a high share of own sources in the total amount of funding in the United States and the United Kingdom, the other, featuring a high proportion of attracted and borrowed funds - in the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan. www.arxiv.uz

Profit. A key role in the structure of own sources of financing investment activity of enterprises plays a profit. After taxes and other obligatory payments to the disposal of enterprises leaves net income, part of which can be sent on investments. As a rule, a part of profit allocated to the investment objectives, accumulated in the accumulation fund or other funds of similar purpose, created by the company. Depreciation charges. These charges are formed in enterprises as a result of the transfer value of fixed assets at the cost of the finished products. Functioning in a long time, the main production funds gradually wear down and transfer their value to the finished product parts. Self-financing - based on the use of own financial resources, especially income, depreciation and amortization. Corporatization as a method of financing the investment is typically used for large- scale projects at the regional or sectorial diversification of investment. However, despite the obvious benefits of this source of investment, borrowing money on the open market by issuing additional shares or corporate bonds in the CIS countries can afford only a few large companies. In these circumstances, the most viable source of financing is lending. Lending.
